What is the composition of the products?

Each product page includes a brief description of the materials used to make the model.

How can I clean or maintain the models?

To ensure that the products you purchase last a long time and retain their beauty, gently wipe them with a dry cloth. Do not wet the product with water or other liquids.

How do I choose the model that's right for me?

To help you choose, consult the product sheet: you will find all the information on scale, dimensions, and technical characteristics.

What warranty do products purchased on the official Bburago website have?

All products purchased on our e-commerce site are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided for by current legislation.

The product is no longer available. How can I find out if and when it will be available again?

Product availability may vary depending on the collection. If an item is out of stock, we recommend using the “Notify me when available” feature on the product page or subscribing to our newsletter to receive updates on restocks and new releases. Some models, especially limited editions, may not return to the catalog once they are sold out.

Are Burago models officially licensed?

Yes, all Burago models are manufactured under official license from the car manufacturers represented.

Online purchase

How can I place an order?

Online shopping is quick and easy. You can complete your order without registering, although we recommend creating an account to access dedicated areas and services.

How can I enter a promotional code?

If you have received a promotional code, enter it on the order completion page: the discount will be calculated and applied automatically. Check that the discount has been applied before confirming your purchase.

What should I do if the promotional code does not work?

If, after checking it, the code does not work, please contact customer service. Please note that in some cases promotions cannot be combined or are not valid for certain product categories.

My account

How can I register?

Creating an account is simple and free; enter the required information and choose a password. Registered users can save products to their wishlist and access order information.

Do I need to be registered to make a purchase?

You do not need to be registered to make a purchase, but you will not be able to view your orders in your private area if you purchase as a guest.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

You can retrieve it by entering the email address you used to register; you will be sent a message allowing you to save a new password.

How can I change my account details?

Log in to your account by entering your email address and password; click on “Edit” to update the information you want.

How can I delete my account?

If you want to deactivate your account, contact customer service with your personal details and the email address you used to register. You will then receive an email confirming that your account has been closed. If you change your mind, you can reactivate it or register a new one.

Newsletter

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

You can subscribe by entering your email address on the home page or when registering your account.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. It may take up to 7 days for the change to take effect. If you change your mind in the future, you can subscribe again.

Orders and shipping

How can I verify that my order has been confirmed?

If the order was placed correctly, you will be redirected to the confirmation page with the order number. You will also receive an email with all the details.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you are registered, log in to your account to view the status in the “My Orders” section. If you are not registered, you will still receive an email when your order is shipped with a link to track your package.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery of purchased products takes place on average within 5 working days of ordering in Italy and the EU and within 8 days for all other destinations.

Can I choose the delivery date and/or time?

No, it is not possible to choose a specific day or time. You can try contacting the courier directly to make arrangements.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are visible at the time of purchase, and you can choose between standard or express shipping, if available.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

All orders are shipped with trackable service. After shipment, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Approximately 24 hours after shipment, you will be able to follow the delivery status via the tracking page.

It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received the confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, contact customer service.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card, debit card, international prepaid card, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

Is payment secure?

The information is encrypted and protected via secure servers (SSL). Transactions pass through secure payment gateways, and anti-fraud verification may be required. Card details are not readable by third parties.

What is the security code (CVV/CVC)?

It is a 3-digit number (for Mastercard and Visa, on the back) or 4-digit number (for American Express, on the front) used to confirm the validity of the card.

In the event of product defects or missing parts, who should I contact for assistance?

For products purchased from physical retailers, please contact the point of sale. For online purchases, contact customer service as soon as you notice the defect and provide details such as your order number, the defective item, a description of the defect, photos of the defect, and the batch number. You will be provided with assistance.

Is it possible to request replacement of lost or damaged components after using the product?

Bburago does not supply separate replacement parts. It is therefore not possible to request the replacement of lost or damaged components after use of the product.

Returns and refunds

How can I make a return?

You can return an item via courier by following the instructions on the “Returns and Refunds” page.

Can I exchange my purchase?

If you want to replace the product with a different model or color, you must return it for a refund and make a new purchase.

Can I return an item to a physical store?

No, items purchased online cannot be delivered to physical stores.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

After the return arrives at the warehouse, it can take up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the bank's processing times.

How will I be reimbursed?

Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase (card, PayPal, etc.). Only the price of the items is refunded, not the shipping costs (unless the entire order is defective).

Can I receive the refund on a card other than the one used for the order?

No, for security reasons, refunds are only made to the card used for the order.
