INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If, for any reason, the User is not satisfied with their purchase, they may freely return the Products within 14 days of receiving the order.
Embossed, customized, or otherwise modified products cannot be returned.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If the User wishes to return a Product, they should follow these simple steps.
An explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw can be sent to Triboo Digitale by email at customercare@burago.com. The User must request the withdrawal form from Customer Care and then follow the instructions provided in the withdrawal confirmation email to complete the procedure.
Please note that we will only replace Products that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchanges for different Products are not permitted.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means they must be in perfect condition, complete in all their parts, unused, in their original packaging, and with all manuals, labels, and tags still attached.
Our warehouse staff will inspect all returned items to ensure their proper condition. Any reduction in value will be charged to the User, who will receive a refund for the remaining amount.
The return address must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

Shipping receipts should be kept for future reference.
Once the returned Products reach our warehouse, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.).
LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY – RETURN OF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the event of defects and/or non-conformity, the User has the right to have the Product brought into conformity by repair or replacement, or by other remedies expressly provided by Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
If the Products received are damaged, non-compliant, defective, or incorrect, the User may request a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
Under EU Directive 771/2019/EC and Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the purchased products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, which covers defects for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery. However, the User's right to take action for such defects expires after 26 (twenty-six) months from the date of delivery.
To request a refund, the User must follow the instructions provided in the paragraph "How to request a return" above, indicating the reason as "Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect product", and attaching one or more images clearly showing the defect.
Once the procedure is completed, the User will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary instructions on how to proceed. Authorization to return the Product does not in any way constitute confirmation of the defect, which will be verified by us after the return.
We reserve the right to refund defective Products only after completing all quality checks to verify the existence of non-conformity.
Once the defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.).
